I will always remember your selfless dedication to your family, strength of character and a smile that would light up a room. You gave me so much love and support over the years, on occasion, more than I deserved.

The battles you fought were long and hard, but you always  survived with dignity and determination, to fight another day. Sadly this was a battle  you just couldn't win and peacefully fell asleep on 1 October. I was glad to be there to say goodbye.

Forever in my heart and thoughts, I will miss you every day!
